Sometimes it all gets to be a bit much, doesn’t it? Pressure at work, tough things going on at home, and lets not even talk about the news.

Sometimes you just need to throw your bags in the truck.

We drove north all day, until we go to the ferry.

Yep….and we’re heading to Victoria in about four days (assuming I can wrench free of my desk in time) — too bad our trips didn’t overlap!

  2. Hey, you’re in my province, although you’d have to drive another 14 hours north to get to me 🙂 Have fun!

Sometimes the last minute trips are the best ones! (but hope that’s not all you took – that little bag wouldn’t even fit my knitting in it!!)

Ooh it’s my city! You should come over sometime for the Moss Street Paint-in – this year it’s July 18. Artists set up easels all over the sidewalks on Moss St, the street is blocked to cars….it’s fantastic. You can walk all the way from Dallas Rd to the Moss St Gallery just taking in people’s paintings. Awesome.

  8. Sometimes you do! Have a great time – I love adventures like that!
